Dated notes on Tigbuy's fee pages and on this guide
Fee rules change quietly. This page records when each one was read, what was found, and when it is due to be read again.
17 October 2026: the fee articles read in six languages
We fetched 26 English help articles and the fee and timing articles in five more languages from Tigbuy’s help centre. Results:
- Help 5 still places the service fee at the shipping step rather than the buying step. The Chinese, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian copies agree.
- Help 58 still gives ten percent, with eight, seven and six percent for Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Same in the four other language copies of that article.
- Help 17 still leaves the service fee out of its total.
- Coupon, points, storage, return and cover articles match their earlier captures word for word.
We also opened each help link in a browser. Articles 4 to 9 and 42 open a category list at their own address, so they are linked through the Operator guide and After service lists.
Official notices and promotions we track
Tigbuy’s help centre has categories for notices, logistics news and special events, and its Discord server posts occasional events. When a notice changes how the service charge, coupons or the warehouse week work, it goes on this page with its date.
We do not repeat promotional banners that carry no dates or terms. A discount without an end date or conditions cannot be checked, so it does not belong in a guide about fees. Coupon rules that are written down (one per request, thirty days, values by level) are covered on the coupons page.
Facts with a shelf life, and when we re-read them
Some facts on this site go stale faster than others. Currency figures move with the market; help articles change rarely. The table lists each group with the date read and the next due date.

Corrections from readers are logged with the date they were confirmed and the page they affected. If a Tigbuy help article changes, the entry names the article number and says what moved.
