About Tigbuy Spreadsheet Fee Trigger and the company that runs Tigbuy

This is an independent English guide to one Tigbuy rule and everything it touches. Tigbuy does not run, fund or review it. Below: who Tigbuy says operates it, what the service does, and how this site checks what it publishes.

The Hong Kong company named on Tigbuy's contact page

Tigbuy’s Contact us page names its operator with a registered address in Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, under the name Haoyouyuan Hong Kong E-commerce Co., Limited, registered number 78169236-000-05-25-3. The page adds that the address is not a returning address. No returns address and no warehouse address is published; the warehouse is simply in China.

Tigbuy’s documents do not all write the operator the same way, so we follow the Contact page, which is the only one that gives a number and an address. The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the privacy policy refers to the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

Tigbuy, the shopping agent this guide covers

Tigbuy is a shopping agent. Hand it a listing from a Chinese platform and its buyers pay the seller, the parcel comes to a Tigbuy warehouse in China for a look and a weigh-in, and it leaves for your country when you ask. It works with Taobao, Weidian, 1688 and JD links, plus image search, the Fill & Buy form for manual orders and Ship for Me for goods you buy yourself.

Its About Us page gives 2024 as the year Tigbuy was founded. Its help centre is available in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Russian and Chinese, and its prices are in yuan with a currency table for seven display currencies.

The About Us page also describes Tigbuy’s size in its own words. We do not repeat customer numbers here, because they cannot be checked from outside. From Tigbuy’s About Us page, read 17 October 2026.

Tigbuy's written position on counterfeit goods

Tigbuy publishes an anti-counterfeiting policy (help 101) and a page of measures for handling counterfeit and inferior products (help 102). The policy starts its rules plainly:

The sale of non-authentic products is strictly prohibited.

Tigbuy help 101, read 17 October 2026

The two pages describe what follows: orders refused, buying accounts suspended or closed, funds held, and goods handled at the buyer’s cost, with orders cancelled by Tigbuy if the buyer does not cancel them. Its Delivery Policy and Terms of Service repeat the refusal. Tigbuy also says it cannot verify every third-party product itself, which is why it asks buyers to check what they order.

Reasons to use Tigbuy, and reasons to look elsewhere

Common to all agents. Buys for you, holds the goods in China, ships when asked, and charges something for it. Tigbuy is no different there.

What Tigbuy does differently. It publishes its formula and takes the charge at the delivery request, so items returned in the warehouse week never meet it. A coupon offsets the charge itself. The currency table is close to market for euros and sterling, and in our check more generous than market for Canadian dollars.

Cases where a different agent fits. Should you need cover included on every parcel, a published number of QC photos, a published warehouse address, an Android app or support hours with a stated time zone, Tigbuy’s public pages do not offer them. If one of those matters to you, check whether another agent publishes it.

What this spreadsheet adds to Tigbuy’s own pages

Tigbuy’s help centre states the rules one article at a time and never puts them together. This site does the putting together around a single question: when is the service charge taken, and what does that decide?

  • Each rule names the help article behind it and the day it was checked.
  • The fee rules were read in six languages to make sure no copy says something different.
  • Links were opened in a browser; articles whose own address opens a category list are linked through that list.
  • The fee board shows which of your items a request would charge.
  • No ratings, rankings or community quotes.

The dated notes page records each re-read and when the next one is due, so dead links and stale figures have a date attached.

How this guide differs from reading the help centre alone.

How the figures here were gathered

Help articles were fetched from Tigbuy’s help centre on 17 October 2026 and saved with that date. The currency table was read from Tigbuy’s public settings the same day and compared with a market mid-rate published on 16 October. Shipping-line flags come from our own check of Tigbuy’s estimator data on 17 October.

Independent fee trackers were used only to cross-check, and where they disagreed with Tigbuy’s current pages we followed the pages. Example prices on this site are invented and labelled as examples.

Corrections go to [email protected]. Name the page, quote the sentence and point to your source; fixes are logged on the dated notes page.
